Atrinsic (Nasdaq: ATRN) 45.5% HIGHER; traders are buying the dip in this very volatile stock today. After rising 90% on Monday and another 5% on Tuesday, the stock fell by nearly 30% yesterday. Volume remains heavy but looks to be down rather substantially from that of the last 3 trading sessions.

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. (NYSE: JTX) 38.4% LOWER; reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.19, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $82.45 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.5 million. The company also canceled its Q3 conference call.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMCR) 37.0% HIGHER; Starbucks Corporation (Nasdaq:
SBUX) and Green Mountain have announced that Starbucks will begin marketing, manufacturing, and distributing Starbucks and Tazo tea branded K-Cup portion packs for use in GMCR’s Keurig Single-Cup brewing system. Shipments and sales will begin in the Fall of 2011.

Torm A/S (Nasdaq: TRMD) 19.4% LOWER; sees its third straight annual loss, expected at around $125 million for FY11. Analysts had been expecting a $50 million loss for this year.

Biolase Technology (Nasdaq: BLTI) 17.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, versus a loss of $0.04 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $9.7 million, compared to $10.4 million in Q409. Raises Q1 sales guidance from $8.75-$9.25 million to $9.25-$9.75 million. Raises FY11 sales guidance from $55-$60 million to $60-$65 million, vs. the consensus of $55.1 million.

Transition Therapeutics (Nasdaq: TTHI) 16.8% LOWER; technicians appear to be all over this one today as it seems that the stock could not hold over the $5 level. About 171,000 shares of the stock have already traded hands, which compares to average daily volume of about 144,000 shares.

SIGA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGA) 16.6% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $4.2 million, compared to ($3.7) million last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.03 million.

Archipelago Learning (NASDAQ: ARCL) 15.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.44 million. Sees FY11 revenue of $68-$72 million, versus the consensus of $72.41 million. The stock was also downgraded at Baird.

Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: HGSI) 13.8% HIGHER; lupus treatment Benlysta approved by the U.S. FDA. Lots of positive reinforcement by analysts today as well.

Netlist Inc. (Nasdaq: NLST) 13.3% HIGHER; driven higher today on unfounded rumors that Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) will be using the company's HyperCloud Memory solution. Nothing has come from either company to confirm this.

Semtech Corp. (Nasdaq: SMTC) 12.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.47, six cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.29 million. SMTC sees Q1 net sales of $117 - $121 million with EPS of $0.41 - $0.44. The Street is currently looking for Q1 sales of $114.40 million with EPS of $0.40.
