Receders
- iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (NYSE: VXX) down 1.43% to $15.18. The markets are a little soft today, but mostly higher, as investors are awaiting action from the Fed for more quantitative easing. No economic data is due out due to the Columbus Day holiday.
- United States Oil (NYSE: USO) down 0.69% to $35.90. Lower today on a lack of a directional catalyst. The U.S. shedding more jobs than expected in September may spur more action from the Fed.
