Best Buy (BBY) Q2 Beats on Bottom Line, But Misses on Sales; Raises FY11 EPS Outlook

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) reports Q2 EPS of $0.60, 16 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter was $11.339 billion, which compares to the estimate of $11.65 billion.

Comps down 0.1%.

Raises its FY11 EPS guidance from $3.45-$3.60 to $3.55-$3.70, sees sales of about $52 billion. The Street is currently looking for FY11 EPS of $3.43 on sales of $52.34 billion.
