JCPenney (NYSE: JCP) reports total sales for the month of April were $1.219 million, fell 3.7% from the same period last year. Same store sales down 3.3%.
Raises its Q1 EPS guidance from $0.20-$0.24 to about $0.25, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.24.
