GullMark Offshore (NYSE: GLF) up 13% to $34.60
Parker Drilling Co. (NYSE: PKD) up 13% to $5.30
Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) up 4% to $23.85
Noble Corp (NYSE: NE) up 7% to $36.73
