The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: BONT) announced comparable store sales for the four weeks ended January 31, 2009 decreased 8.2% compared with the prior year period. Total sales for the four weeks decreased 8.3% to $172.0 million compared with $187.6 million for the prior year period.
