United Therapeutics Corporation (Nasdaq: UTHR) 27% HIGHER; announced the completion of their TRIUMPH-1 Phase 3 trial of Viveta, an inhaled formulation of treprostinil, in pulmonary arterial hypertension. The company said, preliminary analysis demonstrates that the trial has robustly met its primary endpoint. United Therapeutics also reported third quarter results. Total revenues for the third quarter rose 46% to $59.0 million. Net income rose 74% to $0.70 per share. The increases in revenues and gross margins resulted primarily from growth in sales of lead product, Remodulin.

Crocs (Nasdaq: CROX) 28% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.66, 3 cents above the consensus of $0.63. Revenues were $256.3 million, versus the consensus of $258.4 million. Sees FY revs, EPS to increase 35%-40%. Sees 2007 revs of $820-$830 million, versus the consensus of $835.65 million.

Dynavax Technologies (Nasdaq: DVAX) 20% HIGHER; The company and Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MRK) announced a global license and development collaboration agreement to jointly develop HEPLISAV, a novel investigational hepatitis B vaccine, which is currently being evaluated in a multi-center Phase 3 clinical trial involving adults and in patients on dialysis.

Plexus (Nasdaq: PLXS) 18% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.53, 5 cents above the consensus of $0.48. Revenues were $426 million, versus the consensus of $435 million. Plexus Q1 earnings guidance 58-63 cents versus 42 cents. Q1 revs guidance 440-460 million 431 million.

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: VNDA) 17% LOWER; announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $100 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2014.

Smith Micro Software (Nasdaq: SMSI) 17% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, in-line with the consensus of $0.21. Revenues were $20.4 million, versus the consensus of $20.1 million.

Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) 14% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $8.78 per share, versus the consensus of a $1.93 loss.

i2 Technologies (Nasdaq: ITWO) 13% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.24 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.12. Revenues came in at $66.5 million versus the consensus of $63.7 million. Sees FY EPS of $0.82-$0.92, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.81. Sees FY07 revenues of $263.5-$266.5 million versus the consensus of $261.55 million. i2 also announced that its board of directors has formed a committee of independent directors to consider and evaluate the merits of the various strategic options

Hythiam, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYTM) 8% LOWER; announced statistically significant reduction in methamphetamine cravings with the PROMETA Treatment Program, a primary study endpoint from a randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled study conducted by addiction expert and Board Certified Psychiatrist Harold C. Urschel, III, M.D., M.M.A. This was a follow-up study.

Perrigo (Nasdaq: PRGO) 7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.36, 10 cents above the consensus of $0.26. Revenues were $382.74 million, versus the consensus of $369.16 million. Perrigo's Chairman and CEO, Joseph C. Papa announced the Company would be boosting its FY08 EPS guidance to $1.12 to $1.22, versus the consensus of $1.11

Bankrate (Nasdaq: RATE) 7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.39, 4 cents above the consensus of $0.35. Revenues were $24.9 million, versus the consensus of $25.02 million. The Company reaffirmed its previous FY07 guidance. It expects to report a revenue number in the low end of its expected range and high end of expected EBITDA.

UNUMProvident (NYSE: UNM) 7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.60, 9 cents above the consensus of $0.51. Revenues were $2.61 billion, versus the consensus of $2.65 billion. The Company also announced it would buyback $700 million of its common stock.

Citigroup (NYSE: C) 6% LOWER; CIBC downgrades Citigroup from Sector Perform to Sector Underperform. The firm expects the company to sell assets, raise capital or cut its dividend to shore up its capital ratios.

Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.54, cents above the consensus of $0.53. Revenues were $727 million, versus the consensus of $730.56 million. Amdocs 2008 earnings 2.29-2.39 versus 2.38.

Comscore (Nasdaq: SCOR) 3.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.16 , 6 cents above the consensus of $0.10 Revenues were $22.4 million, versus the consensus of $22 million. Q4 guidance revenues 25-25.3 million versus 25 million consensus

Tesoro Corporation (NYSE: TSO) 3.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.34, below $1.96 last year and the consensus of $0.85.

Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) 2% LOWER' reports Q3 EPS of $1.70
