e-Future Information Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: EFUT) 33% HIGHER; announced that Beijing Tourism Group, one of China's largest tourism groups, has licensed e-Future ONE VPM Solution to centralize purchasing and optimize business processes of its selected business segments.

Metabasis Therapeutics (Nasdaq: MBRX) 19% HIGHER; announced today that MB07133 has been granted orphan medicinal product status for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), or primary liver cancer, by the European Commission (EC). This designation is based on a recommendation from the Committee for Orphan Medicinal Products (COMP) of the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products (EMEA).

Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY) 12% LOWER; now expects third quarter revenue of approximately $39 million, as compared to the Company's previous estimate of approximately $50 million, and a net loss of $0.33 per basic and diluted share, compared to the Company's previous estimate of a net loss of approximately $0.23 per basic and diluted share. On a non-GAAP basis, the Company now expects a loss of approximately $0.27 per basic and diluted share, compared to the Company's prior estimate of $0.17 per basic and diluted share. A reconciliation of non-GAAP to GAAP guidance is provided in a table at the end of this press release.

Westwood One Inc. (NYSE: WON) 9% HIGHER; Entered into binding agreements (subject to shareholder ratification) with CBS Radio.

comScore Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOR) 9% HIGHER; Jim Cramer highlights the stock on Mad Money

P.F Chang's China Bistro, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFCB) 5.2% LOWER; reported consolidated revenues of $270.8 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007, compared to $231.0 million for the third quarter of 2006. The company anticipates reporting third quarter diluted earnings per share between $0.05 and $0.07 below its previously released forecast of $0.25. The Wall Street consensus is $0.25.

Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) 5% LOWER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.21 per share, versus the consensus of a $0.22. Revenues came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus of $1.4 billion.

Panera Bread Company (Nasdaq: PNRA) 4.4% HIGHER; reported revenue increased 35% to $276 million for the third quarter. System-wide comparable bakery-cafe sales increased 0.8% for the four weeks ended September 25, 2007. As a result of progress on its margin improvement initiatives and the strength of its Company-owned comparable bakery-cafe sales, the Company today is adjusting its third quarter 2007 earnings per diluted share target to $0.35 to $0.37 from the previous target of $0.32 to $0.38 per share. The consensus is $0.34.

PMC-Sierra Inc. (Nasdaq: PMCS) 4% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgrades to Overweight.

BankUnited Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: BKUNA) 3.6% LOWER; said that although it expects to report record GAAP earnings for the fiscal year, it anticipates operating earnings for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2007 to be $0.41 to $0.46 per diluted share. This does not include other than temporary impairments on various investment securities of approximately $3.3 million after-tax, which, if taken by the company, will further impact non-operating earnings by approximately $0.09 per share. The Wall Street consenus is $0.62.

NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) 1.5% HIGHER; Jefferies upgrades to Buy

General Motors (NYSE: GM) 1% HIGHER; Banc of America upgrades from Sell to Neutral with a $37 price target, following labor deal.
