Jefferies analyst Jonathan Petersen raised the price target on STAG Industrial (NYSE: STAG) to $43.00 (from $42.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst comments "STAG - Following 3Q26 earnings, we are maintaining our FY26 FFO/share estimate of $2.64 (vs. consensus of $2.64). STAG continues to benefit from improving industrial fundamentals, with management expecting ~15% cash leasing spreads in 2027 and low- to mid-double-digit spreads in 2028 and 2029, suggesting the mark-to-market opportunity should remain durable even as spreads normalize. Data center-related demand continues to emerge as a meaningful tailwind, accounting for roughly 30% of new leasing YTD and 2.5M sq. ft. of leasing since early 2025. We believe STAG is particularly well positioned to benefit from accelerating advanced manufacturing and data center demand across the Midwest, Southeast and Texas. We are modeling market rent growth of +1.5%/ +3.2% in STAG's markets in '26/'27 and GAAP leasing spreads of +36.4%/+27.9%. We maintain our Buy rating and increase our PT $1 to $43."
