Novartis (NYSE: NVS) reported Q3 EPS of $2.46, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $2.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.52 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.6 billion.
Full-year 2026 guidance raised for core operating income
Net sales expected to grow low single-digit (unchanged) (vs. estimated growth of 1.45% Y/Y). Core operating income expected to be in line to grow low single-digit (from decline low single-digit).
