Piper Sandler analyst Matt O'Brien reiterated an Overweight rating and $12.00 price target on Orchestra BioMed Inc. (NASDAQ: OBIO).
The analyst commented: "We wanted to highlight OBIO as a name that could drive significant value creation for shareholders in the coming quarters. Its key AVIM therapy to treat hypertension patients recently completed enrollment in its pivotal trial, with a data release in Q2’27 (likely HRS). If positive, which we believe it will be, it could lead to approval for this unique therapy in early ’28 (though we believe the stock will move on the data). AVIM revenue (global) to OBIO could amount to $37M in ’28 revenue and potentially $130M in ’30. With little operating expenses associated with the model, EBIT could be $68M by the end of the decade. For MDT, AVIM could allow them to charge significantly more for their pacemakers and potentially contribute ~70 bps or more to top-line growth in the coming years. We believe investors should start to look at and build positions in OBIO. Reiterate OW."
