BNP Paribas Exane analyst Laurent Vasilescu lowered the price target on Nike (NYSE: NKE) to $19.00 (from $23.00) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
The analyst comments "With 1Q27 results, Nike introduced FY27 guidance with revs down HSD and adjusted EPS of $1.15- $1.35, worse than feared. Nike announced Pace, its 3rd restructuring program in 3 years, to try and jump start its business that has flatlined. The only positive we see is that Nike will cede $4bn of revenues to emerging brands. We lower our PT to $19 ($23 earlier) on reduced FY27e EPS and reiterate our multi year underperform rating on Nike after catching up with the company."
