Stifel analyst Annabel Samimy reiterated a Buy rating and $40.00 price target on Oculis Holding AG (NASDAQ: OCS).
The analyst commented, "We reiterate our Buy on OCS, $40 TP. We hosted management on the road as privosegtor’s pivotal development in neuro-ophthalmology begins in earnest. Privosegtor has become the core focus for its strong, evidence-based potential in neuroprotection, with first pivotal PIONEER-1 in lead indication of AON now enrolling. PIONEER-2 (AON) and PIONEER-3 (NAION) beginning 4Q26, with a possible full MS relapse label achievable via PIONEER-4 in ambulatory relapse. Collectively, the three indications have >$20bn TAM. Separately, licaminlimab’s Ph.2/3 PREDICT-1 readout is expected in Dec-26/Jan-27, with the program targeting outsized efficacy in a TNFR1+ subpopulation with a capital-efficient, potentially-partnerable development path. OCS plans to host an R&D Day later in 4Q26 to provide updates on the status of PREDICT-1 + PIONEER-1/2 and discuss next steps for privosegtor, including the design of the MS program and potential expansion into chronic conditions with alternative formulations (e.g., oral)."
