First American Financial (FAF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.9% to $0.61; 3.4% Yield

First American Financial (NYSE: FAF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.61 per share, or $2.44 annualized. This is a 10.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55.
The dividend will be payable on October 5, 2026, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of September 25, 2026.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
“This dividend increase reflects our confidence in First American’s business prospects and our continued commitment to returning capital to shareholders. Improving market conditions, particularly in the commercial market, reinforce our optimism about the opportunities ahead,” said Mark Seaton, chief executive officer of First American Financial Corporation.
