Oracle (ORCL) Tops Q1 EPS by 19c, Beats on Revenue; Beats on Cloud Revenue, Offers Q3 EPS Guidance

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) reported Q1 EPS of $1.92, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $1.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $19.13 billion. Cloud revenue was $11.6 billion vs $11.46 billion estimate.

GUIDANCE:

Oracle sees Q3 2027 EPS of $1.83-$1.91, versus the consensus of $1.89.
