Roth/MKM analyst Eric Handler initiates coverage on Ticketplus (NYSE: TP) with a Buy rating and a price target of $14.00.
The analyst comments: “Ticketplus is the leading end-to-end technology solutions company for live events in the fast-growing, highly fragmented Latin American market. In a rapid growth period, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue are forecast to increase at four-year CAGRs of 62% and 35%, respectively, with an EBITDA margin in the mid- to high-30% range. Positive secular tailwinds, significant geographic expansion, and a dual revenue stream are aiding growth. Our $14 PT is based on 8x our 2027E EBITDA, a significant discount to its growth and to publicly traded comparables.
Chilean based Ticketplus has evolved over the last 12 years from a local ticketing platform into a leading pan regional events management platform that managed ~40k events in 2025, selling more than 10.2mn tickets with a GMV of $270mn+. The company's operations stretch across 11 Latin American countries serving ~2,800 promoters and venues with an emphasis on hyper-local/regional events. Services offered range from ticket distribution, payment processing, and analytics to venue access and on-site operations. Expansion to 25 Latin American countries is anticipated by 2030.”
