RBC Capital analyst Daniel Perlin raised the price target on Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) to $102.00 (from $96.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "No change in Sector Perform rating; increasing price target. Following the closing of WP and sale of Issuer, coupled with other divestitures and asset sales, we believe GPN has the potential to finally become a cleaner, more total return centric story. As the company continues down this total return path, we will be looking for additional proof-points/catalysts to get more constructive on the name. In conjunction with our increased FY27 adj. EPS estimates and further conviction of capital returns in FY27, we are increasing our price target to $102 from $96, or ~7.5x (prior 7.0x) our FY26E P/E, which is in line with similar growth peers."
