Uber (UBER) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; offers guidance

Uber (NYSE: UBER) reported Q2 EPS of $0.81, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.22 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Uber sees Q3 2026 EPS of $0.84-$0.88, versus the consensus of $0.87.

Q3 2026 Gross Bookings of $58.25 billion to $60.25 billion, representing growth of 18% to 22% YoY on a constant-currency basis.
