Core Scientific Inc. (CORZ) PT Raised to $35 at Needham

Needham analyst John Todaro raised the price target on Core Scientific Inc. (NASDAQ: CORZ) to $35.00 (from $29.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst commented: "We believe share weakness is mostly due to the broader weakness in AI infrastructure. The AMD lease announced yesterday, while modestly discounted on a yield-on-cost basis (15.3%) vs recent transactions, represents a large, quality lease; this agreement was exactly what we have been looking for from CORZ. We reiterate our Buy rating and raise our PT to $35/share."
