Financial Institutions (FISI) Declares $0.32 Quarterly Dividend; 3.7% Yield

Financial Institutions (NASDAQ: FISI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.

The Company also announced dividends of $0.75 per share on its Series A 3% preferred stock and $2.12 per share on its Series B-1 8.48% preferred stock.
