Chicago Atlantic BDC (NASDAQ: LIEN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 26, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 25, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15 percent.
