Stifel analyst Nathan Jones raised the price target on Dauch Corporation (NYSE: DCH) to $7.00 (from $6.70) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented, "We maintain our Hold rating on DCH shares with a $7 target price. Please see our model for updated estimates. Dauch had a solid start to the year with a nice 1Q26 beat attributed to successful initial integration of Dowlais (early cost synergies) and positive mix on truck platforms which offset global production softness. Management pointed to 1Q26 strength and continued North America truck production as reasons for the raise to the top end of 2026 guidance. Management remains confident in its ability to deliver $300 million in run rate cost synergies by year 3 which would drive material margin improvement."
