Rothschild Redburn analyst Maggie Schooley initiates coverage on Arxis Inc (NASDAQ: ARXS) with a Buy rating and a price target of $40.00.

The analyst comments: “Arxis offers a compound growth opportunity driven by its attractive end-market demand exposures. This underpins our estimate for a c11.7% organic EBITDA CAGR from FY26 to FY30. Our estimates may be further enhanced by the group’s aim of undertaking high-velocity M&A, which is supported by its relationship with Arcline Investment Management. It is on this basis that we launch coverage with a Buy recommendation and a $40.00 price target, which offers c14% potential upside to the current share price.

Arxis is a designer and manufacturer of proprietary, mission-critical mechanical and electronic components for the Commercial Aerospace, Defense & Space, and Industrial Technology markets, which comprised 22%, 47% and 31% of its FY25 revenue respectively. Its proprietary products offer a high value-to-cost ratio and are used across the development, original equipment (OE) and aftermarket (AM) phases of a platform’s or a product’s lifecycle, providing Arxis with attractive long-life through-cycle demand alongside relatively good earnings visibility. Arxis’ 67 proprietary technologies support its engineering and client-led product development, allowing it to meet the complex engineering needs of its clients in a timely and proven manner.”
