Jumia Technologies (NYSE: JMIA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.14), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.36 million.
GUIDANCE:
Based on current business trends, the company reaffirmd their full-year 2026 guidance as follows:
- GMV is projected to grow between 27% and 32% year-over-year, adjusted for perimeter effects.
- forecast Adjusted EBITDA loss to be between $25 million and $30 million.
- confirm strategic goal to achieve breakeven on an Adjusted EBITDA basis and positive cash flow in the fourth quarter of 2026, and delivering full-year profitability and positive cash flow in 2027.
Second quarter 2026:
