NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2026.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8 percent.
