Stifel analyst Nathan Jones reiterated a Buy rating and $76.00 price target on Helios Tech (NYSE: HLIO).
The analyst commented, "We maintain our Buy rating on HLIO shares with a $76 target price. We attended Helios' 2026 Investor Day in Sarasota where management unveiled its Core 2030 Strategy with targets to double total sales (5% organic CAGR, 15% total revenue growth), >25% adjusted EBITDA, and low-to-mid teens ROIC. Organic growth targets look somewhat conservative given many end markets are currently at/close to trough, while margin targets look more aggressive given 25% margins haven't been achieved since Helios' original acquisition strategy began almost a decade ago. Management is targeting ~$500 million for acquisition revenue, ~10% annual growth from M&A, with management needing to overcome investor concerns here after a decade (under previous management teams) of value destruction from M&A. We hope to see Helios start small and earn the right to deploy investor capital over the next few years."
