Stifel analyst Selman Akyol reiterated a Buy rating and $19.00 price target on TXO Energy Partners (NYSE: TXO)

The analyst commented, "Yesterday, TXO Partners announced multiple asset sales that will liquidate substantially all of its assets in the Cross Timbers JV for net proceeds of ~$100 million. The transaction, which is expected to close in 2Q26, allows TXO to fully fund the $70 million deferred payment related to White Rock, modestly lower leverage and simplify the story. While Cross Timbers accounted for ~18% of TXO's 2025 revenues; we would anticipate a slightly lower portion of EBITDA. Overall, we view this transaction favorably and believe it allows TXO to focus on its core positions in the Elm Coulee, San Juan and portions of the Permian. At this time, we are not updating our model but are maintaining our Buy rating and $19.00 target price."
