Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Troy Jensen reiterated an Overweight rating and $7.25 price target on Ranpak Holdings (NYSE: PACK).

The analyst commented, "Ranpak reported 4Q25 results with revenue largely in-line with FactSet consensus but above our estimate. Higher volumes in North America enterprise accounts in e-commerce and increases in global automation equipment sales were the many drivers of the 6.6% y/y increase in revenue. North America enterprise accounts continue to be a key contributor of revenue and margin performance, while automation finished 2025 with substantial momentum, well-positioning Ranpak for 2026. In 4Q25, Automation grew nearly 40% on a constant-currency basis (excluding warrants) and entered 2026 with a strong order book. With the 4Q results, Ranpak hit the lower end of its adjusted EBITDA guidance but missed revenue guide due to a challenging environment in Europe and a few automation project milestones pushed to the right into 1Q26. Shares of PACK fell ~20% following the 4Q report largely on concerns about events in the Middle East impacting the global demand environment, particularly in Europe, a tough 1Q comp, and some automation projects shifting into 1Q26. We reiterate our Overweight rating and 12-month price target of $7.25."
