BMO Capital analyst Kelly Bania raised the price target on Costco Wholesale (NASDAQ: COST) to $1,315.00 while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We continue to believe COST should remain a core holding, and we raise our target price to $1,315 following F2Q26 earnings, which remained robust and stand out as consistently strong in a retail landscape marked by more volatility of execution/turnarounds. We believe Costco's competitive moat remains durable given its extreme value and commitment to low margins (1.8% EBIT margin ex-membership), which drives the appearance of expensive valuation, yet we view as attractive up to 60x P/E. Costco's balance sheet also remains very strong with cash/share at $39."
