William Blair analyst Dylan Carden reiterated a Market Perform rating on Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF)
The analyst commented, "Shares are currently valued near 10 times our out-year EPS estimate, which embeds low- to midsingle-digit revenue growth and 11% operating margin. We believe the Street is increasingly hip to the degradation of margin and wants to keep valuation in the low double digits, which combined with significant buyback support from an authorization worth 10% of the market cap, should provide some downside support, where we see shares holding the wide trading range observed within the last year."
