William Blair analyst Louie DiPalma reiterated an Outperform rating on Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
The analyst commented, "According to our Dotted Line tracker, the U.S. Army recently awarded Booz Allen a $697 million, 7-year takeaway award for Mission Command services. In total, our tracker suggests that Booz Allen has won at least $1.2 billion in large awards with one month left in the quarter. We expect Booz Allen to post a book-to-bill of at least 1 times for the March quarter. In addition, our Dotted Line analysis indicates that funding has stabilized. Funding from the One Big Beautiful Act is expected to soon be unleashed, with plans to spend the $151 billion by the end of September. This bodes well for Booz Allen and the broader defense ecosystem... We believe this is an opportunity for investors to grab shares of a franchise name at a discount. Booz Allen plays a significant role in implementing AI models into Department of War mission systems. In our view, Booz Allen is regaining its footing under the current administration... we see upside to shares over the next 12 months and beyond."
