Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Alex Irving downgraded Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) from Outperform to Market Perform with a price target of $1.50.
The analyst comments "We continue to see Amadeus as well-positioned: the leader in Air IT, with Air Distribution in our assessment an ex-growth cash cow. We cut our bookings forecasts for Sabre, removing our expected uplift from 2025’s signed new business. We now see leverage remaining above 5x net debt / EBITDA until the 2030s. We lower our EV/EBITDA multiple from 7x to 6.9x and downgrade to Market-Perform, TP $1.50."
