Oppenheimer analyst Tyler Batory reiterated an Outperform rating and $115.00 price target on Louisiana-Pacific Corp (NYSE: LPX).
The analyst comments "Shares of LPX are down 6% over the past month, below the S&P 500 (down 2%) and peer JHX (down 1%). We attribute the performance to debate around the durability of its above-market growth trajectory, which was called into question with the Q1/2026 siding segment guidance. Our view is inventory movements and comps are the factors impacting results and not a shift in underlying fundamentals. We continue to see a path toward over $500M of siding EBITDA in 2027 while normalized OSB prices could mean $20 to the stock. Our updated estimates reflect our current views on the macro and company outlook. Reiterate Outperform and $115 PT."
