JPMorgan analyst Marcelo Santos lowered the price target on MercadoLibre (NASDAQ: MELI) to $2,650.00 (from $2,800.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst comments "We update our forecasts for MELI following the 4Q25 print, keeping a constructive view, as the weakness in margins seems temporary, caused partially by MELI’s response to the competitive cycle in Brazil, and does not materially change our long-term view for MELI, while valuation is supportive (our new PT has 50%+ upside). However, expectations for the materialization of this value should take longer in our view, as it is no longer clear to us that consensus expectations have reached their bottom. We cut EBIT’26E/27E by 11%/9%, and reduce our Dec-26 PT to $2650 from $2800."
