H.C. Wainwright analyst Heiko Ihle raised the price target on Endeavour Silver Corp (NYSE: EXK) to $17.00 (from $14.50) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "During the year, the company recorded revenue of $467.5M, which yielded a net loss of $119.1M, or ($0.42) per share. Unsurprisingly, these numbers compare quite favorably to 2024 revenue of $217.6M and a net loss of $31.5M, or ($0.13) per share. In short, we view the firm's significant revenue increase as a clear sign of EXK's ability to capitalize on current commodity pricing. We emphasize the company's production profile and cash flow potential, despite the notably larger net loss, which was driven by a $126.2M loss on derivatives. This is especially relevant as Terronera has come online and management plans various improvements at Minera Kolpa following the recent sale of BolaƱitos. We retain our favorable opinion on the company and expect results this year to be further aided by the development of Pitarrilla amid potential M&A. We are reiterating our Buy rating on Endeavour as we once again increase our PT to $17.00 from $14.50. Our increased PT is predominantly driven by an upward revision of our NAV multiple (2.0x vs. 1.5x), which more accurately reflects the current commodity environment and EXK's production profile."
