DA Davidson analyst Kurt Yinger reiterated a Neutral rating and $111.00 price target on Builders FirstSource (NYSE: BLDR).
The analyst commented, "Exiting 4Q25 results we are maintaining our NEUTRAL rating and $111 PT (9.5x 2027E EBITDA). Results and the 1Q26 outlook were disappointing with single-family core organic pressures greater than contemplated and GM falling below 30% for the first time since 2021. Recognizing the impact of seasonal factors and weather that weigh on 1Q26, a particularly weak start to the year puts more pressure on the balance of the year to get to the MP of the full-year guide. We remain cautious considering valuation in the context of a still sputtering new residential construction backdrop."
