Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) Declares $0.035 Quarterly Dividend; 2.4% Yield

Empire State Realty Trust (NYSE: ESRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2026, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.

The Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per unit for the first quarter of 2026, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2014 Private Perpetual Preferred Units, and a dividend of $0.175 per unit for the first quarter of 2026, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2019 Private Perpetual Preferred Units.
