Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali lowered the price target on Wayfair (NYSE: W) to $105.00 (from $120.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Stronger 4Q25 Results But Mixed 1Q26 Guide Weighs on Shares Post Print; Stronger than expected 4Q25 top and bottom line results show that while the Home Furnishings segment remains challenged, Wayfair continues to outperform and gain share with sustained internal execution and improving unit economics. The 1Q26 guide for MSD % growth is shy in consensus, which in combination with mgmt's comments for GMs to potentially dip <30%s later in FY26 are pressuring the stock, in our view. With 21M shoppers buying across 20K suppliers, a logistics network at scale and a growing roster of AI partnerships, W's marketplace model is well positioned for AI discovery and consideration. We maintain Buy and adjust our ests/PT to $105 from $120."
