Piper Sandler analyst Thomas Champion lowered the price target on Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) to $5,000.00 (from $5,750.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "Solid Results & Strong Initial Outlook for '26; Shares are roughly flat AH following a solid 4Q25 result above guidance, driven by a reacceleration in the US room nights and strength in Asia. Trends in B2C and B2B are solid. FY26 guidance was initiated, with top-line expected to track above the 8/8/15 LT growth algo. We remain mixed on the OTA space although BKNG's execution across GenAI, loyalty, Alternatives and AsiaPac looks solid. We tweak estimates slightly higher, but lower PT to $5,000 to reflect slower LT growth due to potential AI disruption. Reiterate Neutral."
