Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan reiterated a Neutral rating and $2.00 price target on Nextdoor Holdings (NYSE: NXDR)
The analyst comments: "We recap NXDR’s Q4’25 earnings report which reflected a few key themes: 1) steadily improving Q4 revenue growth (outperforming prior expectations) as the company’s prior-period investments around self-serve & programmatic drive improving ARPU growth (outweighing user growth headwinds); 2) reported Platform WAUs continue to decline sequentially (with management providing an expectation for continued fluctuations medium-term) as management limits notifications & email volume and user acquisition spend; 3) strong EBITDA results (both Q4 reported & Q1/FY26 outlook) as management remains disciplined around opex growth and balances driving operating leverage with investments behind long-term growth; & 4) with a healthy cash position and no debt, management articulated a capital allocation framework centered around organic reinvestments toward long-term platform initiatives, potential inorganic growth opportunities and capital returns (via buybacks).
Over the short-to-medium term, we expect investors to remain focused on the quarterly cadence of user/engagement growth and progress on the company’s product initiatives and how both translate into revenue growth. Looking long-term, we still frame NXDR as a company with positive exposure to the long-term opportunity afforded by growth in its user base and an increased level of monetization."
