Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Meyer Shields raised the price target on American International Group (NYSE: AIG) to $97.00 (from $96.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We maintain our Outperform rating on AIG’s shares and raise our 12-month target price to $97 (10.5x our 2027E EPS) from $96 following its 4Q25 earnings report and conference call. We raise our 2026E/2027E EPS to $7.95/$9.20 from $7.90/$9.10, mostly assuming faster premium and NII growth and bigger reserve releases, partly offset by higher underwriting and Other Operations expenses. We expect AIG’s growing underwriting and investment income to drive share price outperformance over the next 12 months."
