Truist Securities analyst Greg Miller raised the price target on Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) to $252.00 (from $210.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "Our 2025 Adjusted EBITDA projection goes to $3.43B from $3.23B and EPS goes to $15.79 from $14.70. Our 2026 Adjusted EBITDA projection goes to $3.73B from $3.44B and EPS to $19.40 from $17.48. Our price target of $252 (prior $210) is based on a 13.0x multiple assumption (up one turn from fundamental improvement including B2B) on our 2026 EPS estimate. Despite a rough stock performance as of late (-22% T30 days versus NASDAQ -1%) and once again rising investor debates on AI disintermediation risk, we are warming up to a company that has shown decent results despite U.S. leisure travel softness, improvement in cost controls, and continued double-digit growth in B2B."
