Jefferies analyst David Windley lowered the price target on Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH) to $139.00 (from $160.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "We model '27 EPS declines Y/Y, although less than before as FL CMS hurts Caid MLR in 4Q26, but helps in '27 as the contract matures. We see downside risk to the '26 Caid guide, although both underlying rate (4%) and trend (5%) assumptions should increase. HIX membership is getting diminishingly small. To buy now, we think investors either need a horizon of '28+ or believe OB3 policies won't preclude '27 Caid MLR improvement. Stay Hold."
