PriceSmart (PSMT) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 11.1% to $0.70; 0.9% Yield

PriceSmart (NASDAQ: PSMT) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.70 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2026, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
