Citizens analyst David Turkaly reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $100.00 price target on Haemonetics (NYSE: HAE).
The analyst commented, "Haemonetics' F3Q26 included ~2% and ~5% beats on the top and bottom lines, respectively, as outperformance in its Plasma and Blood Center segments offset a mixed quarter in Hospital. While BMT sales were strong (~8% y/y growth), IVT revenue declined ~11% y/y during the quarter due primarily to two issues: 1) ongoing PFA pressure continuing to impact the company's esophageal cooling offerings; and 2) OEM-related headwinds in sensorguided guidewires. That said, we are encouraged by HAE's ongoing momentum in Plasma, which continues to benefit from sustained worldwide demand, and long-term portfolio rationalization efforts continued to illustrate improvements on the cash conversion front (FCF guidance raised by $20 mln at the midpoint and FCF conversion expected to be >80% for the fiscal year). Additionally, management disclosed that it had repurchased ~$25 mln of stock since the quarter's end."
