Banc of California (BANC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; 2.4% Yield

Banc of California (NYSE: BANC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
