BMO Capital analyst Jeffrey M. Silber lowered the price target on Equifax (NYSE: EFX) to $195.00 while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst comments "EFX reported a solid 4Q with USIS and EWS upside. Large focus on FICO Mortgage pass-through revenues/margins and EFX's proprietary data assets (90% of revenues.) While we think there are some wildcards on mortgage inquiry volumes, we think EFX is making solid progress with its new product innovation on heading towards OBBBA-driven adoption of TWN. We raise our estimates for 2026E modestly to reach midpoint of guidance though reduce 2027E given a lower margin starting point."
