Truist Securities analyst Peter Osterland lowered the price target on Oiln (NYSE: OLN) to $20.00 (from $23.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented: "Cash Preservation and Cost Reductions in Focus as Core Earnings Remain Pressured; We are lowering our PT on OLN to $20 from $23 post-4Q earnings. While improving caustic soda pricing fundamentals appear to be a potential near-term positive, overall we expect CAPV earnings to remain under pressure from a combination of weak demand, elevated costs, and turnaround activity, and expect Winchester earnings and margins to remain subdued throughout the year. With FCF generation anticipated to decline in 2026 and visibility into demand recovery across several key end markets limited, we view current valuation vs commodity chemical peers as fair and maintain our Hold rating."
