BMO Capital analyst Andrew Strelzik reiterated an Outperform rating and $115.00 price target on Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX).
The analyst commented: "FY1Q26 EPS of $0.56 missed consensus of $0.59, reflecting continued reinvestment in the turnaround, though accelerating comp momentum and return to U.S. transaction growth reinforced turnaround is gaining steam. SBUX introduced FY26 guidance including 3%+ global/U.S. comps and (better than feared) $2.15-2.40 EPS, with earnings recovery to lag sales and margin pressures abating in FY2H26. With transaction momentum building and Investor Day tomorrow, attention now turns to SBUX's growth algorithm and details around the multi-year EPS recovery path. We reiterate Outperform and continue to gain confidence in turnaround."
