Morgan Stanley analyst Erin Wright raised the price target on McKesson (NYSE: MCK) to $966.00 (from $916.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst comments "MCK (OW) - Specialty Visibility Should Continue to Benefit: MCK's recently updated disclosures of Oncology and Multispecialty offer increasingly important insights that emphasize the trajectory and profitability of key businesses. While FCS and PRISM acquisitions have propped up growth, organic growth has been equally impressive, at +13% y/y in F2Q26, with LT target 13-16% growth. Along with the RxTS driver, MCK is well positioned to capitalize on key growth areas while divesting its Med-Surg business (disclosing expected IPO in C2H27). We maintain our FY26 EPS of $38.60 (vs. Cons $38.69). We are raising our PT to $966 from $915 as we roll to CY27, supported by our SOTP analysis. Our PT is derived from 20.0x CY27 EPS of $48.29, from 21.2x CY26 EPS of $43.18 prior."
